GPA Midstream’s Regulatory Committee monitors issues affecting midstream operations, particularly the regulations and interpretations of the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). With support from the Advocacy Advisory Group, the Regulatory Committee works with GPA Midstream and GPSA member volunteers to determine a position on issues and then develop and implement appropriate actions.
