GPA Midstream GPSA Engineering Data Book Training & Certification Course

Since 1935, field and plant engineers have relied upon the GPSA Engineering Data Book to determine operating and design parameters for gas processing facilities. The book serves as a guide to accepted engineering practices for estimating, feasibility studies, preliminary design and for making operating decisions. GPA Midstream offers this five-day in-depth Data Book training course to equip midstream industry engineers, operators, plant personnel and technical sales personnel with the fundamentals they need to put this valued industry resource to practical use. The course is limited to 25 students and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Students will be tested on the information presented and, upon passing, will leave certified in the use of the GPSA Engineering Data Book.

Since its inception, this training course has been offered in the United States at facilities in Dallas, Denver, Mont Belvieu, Texas, and Tulsa, Okla.. Along with these locations, future courses will regularly rotate through Midland-Odessa, Texas, and Oklahoma City. Once enough interest exists to fill a class in a new region/location, GPA Midstream will pursue those options to meet industry training needs in those areas. To express interest in GPA Midstream offering this course near you, please send us an e-mail with the region (i.e. California, Canada, Japan), two possible locations (city name, or for large cities name and section of town), and how many people from your organization would like to attend the course.

No GPSA Engineering Data Book Training Course is scheduled at this time, but we remain committed to training opportunities that benefit our members and their employees, so please continue to check back here and watch for association communications regarding such announcements. If you would like GPA Midstream to bring this course to your site and train a number of your employees at once, call GPA Midstream Director of Technical Services Martin Erne for more information: (918) 493-3872.
