GENERAL INFORMATION

Please review and become familiar with the Hospitalities policies and make sure all employees representing your company during the event are aware of the policies. Please note that the fee structure for hospitalities has changed for 2022 and is as follows: for assigned spaces less than 1,000 sq. ft. the fee is $400, 1,000 – 2,500 sq. ft. the fee is $550, more than 2,500 sq. ft. the fee is $700. This fee is for space only; beverages, food, entertainment, etc., is incremental and paid to the hotel. The space fee is due to GPA Midstream within 30 days of receiving your space assignment. Space assignments will be communicated May 26.
