GPA Midstream’s Nominating Committee is a closed group responsible for nominating association officers and nominating member companies to serve on the board of directors as outlined in association bylaws. This committee meets once per year, is made up of five GPA Midstream Official Representatives appointed by the GPA Midstream chair of the board and reports to the board.
