GPA Midstream’s Regulatory Committee monitors issues affecting midstream operations, particularly the regulations and interpretations of the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and state regulatory agencies.
The committee works with GPA Midstream member company volunteers to develop a GPA Midstream position on issues and develops and engages appropriate action plans.
